Forma 5 helped Rema 1000 streamline their category management across 680 stores in Norway — reducing SKUs, improving planograms, and growing like-for-like sales across 40 categories. This is one of several assignments we have delivered together with Rema 1000.

Forma 5 partnered with Cepsa — now rebranded as Moeve — to create a completely new store format for one of Spain's major petrol retailers. The new concept delivered sales increases of 10–20% across pilot sites, a 30% reduction in SKUs, and significant margin lift. Cepsa has since launched an aggressive rollout plan for the coming three years.

Coop Explores Growth in the Expanding Convenience Market Intro: Forma 5 collaborated with Coop to redesign their café concept across 175 stores in Norway — developing a new brand identity, store format, and category management approach. The result was a full makeover of 5 pilot stores with significant sales increases and a stronger position in Norway's growing convenience market.
